Maniesh Paul revealed a fitness tip that works for him. The anchor and actor stressed cardio as a tool and said that it should not be ignored.

Paul further said that running is not a mandate but a 45-minute walk is beneficial to maintain fitness.

The actor also added that even if one cannot lift, one can continue walking as a habit to stay fit.

'Jamshedhai Jordaar' actress Shalini Pandey revealed her cheats when taking off from a diet.

On being asked about her cheat meal, Shalini revealed that a chocolate cake is her ultimate comfort dessert, she also listed another option as a flavourful biryani.

On being asked about the frequency of indulgence, the actress frankly mentioned that she indulges a lot because she is an active person. She also added that if she is travelling, she indulges a lot.

Shalini added that she doesn't have a planned choice between a cheat meal or a cheat day. The actress mentioned that it depends on her schedule and how her week has panned out.

Pandey further said that she compensates for any indulgence by ensuring that her diet, on most days, consists of clean days and nutritious food. She also mentioned that she pays attention to portion sizes besides exercising regularly.

Dino Morea, who will soon be seen in 'Housefull 5', gave us a sneak-peek into his refrigerator food-stocks.

Dino maintains a balance by maintaining a mix of healthy and cheat food in his refrigerator.

Dino mentioned that he always has yogurt, ice cream, coconut milk, and chocolate in his refrigerator.
