From Nandish Singh & Rashami Desai to Arbaaz Khan & Malaika Arora, let's look at Bollywood and television couples who ended their marriages after once being happily married

Hardik Pandya recently announced his separation from Bollywood actress Natasa Stankovic, marking the end of their four-year-long union. The couple, who are blessed with a three-year-old son, Agastya, released a joint statement on Instagram saying they decided to "part ways mutually."

Minissha Lamba and Ryan Tham: Minissha married her restaurateur boyfriend Ryan Tham in a quiet ceremony in Mumbai on July 6, 2015. The couple knew each other for 3 years and had a registered marriage, followed by a quiet lunch with friends and family. Ryan is the owner of Juhu nightclub Trilogy. Several reports of the couple parting ways did the rounds in 2018, however, Minissha finally spoke about her relationship in August 2020, and informed that they are divorced now. They parted ways amicably.

Imran Khan and Avantika Malik: Imran and Avantika got married in 2011 after dating for a long time. The couple had never felt the need to keep their relationship hush-hush, and they welcomed their first child, a baby girl, in 2014. Back in May, reports started circulating that Avantika and Imran were taking a break from their marriage. There have been reports of things going haywire in Imran Khan and Avantika Malik's paradise. Reportedly, they have separated from each other, and are considering divorce.

Sahil Sangha and Dia Mirza: Fans of Dia Mirza were shocked and surprised when the actress announced her separation from husband Sahil Sangha after being together for 11 years. Dia Mirza shared a statement on Twitter confirming the news and said that she and Sahil will continue being friends and will be there for each other.

Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani: In February 2016, Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani decided to part ways after 15 years of marriage. The couple, who married in 2000, had filed for divorce on mutual consent. The custody of their two daughters Shakya and Akira has remained with Adhuna, while Farhan has access whenever he wants.

Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora: Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan tied the knot in 1998. But 18 years later, the duo shocked everyone when they announced the news of their separation in 2016. It was in 2017 that they were granted a divorce. The couple's son Arhaan Khan stays with his mother.

Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan: They tied the knot in 2000. After 14 years together, Hrithik and Sussanne got divorced in 2014. However, the duo has remained close and amicable towards each other. From family dinners to vacationing with their kids Hrehaan and Hridhaan, the ex-couple has set major co-parenting goals.

Arjun Rampal and Mehr Jesia: The couple was married for 20 years and shares two daughters together - Mahikaa and Myra. In the joint statement issued, Arjun and Mehr stated, "After a 20 year long beautiful journey filled with love and beautiful memories, we would like to share, that all journeys have different paths and we feel that it is time for us to move on to different destinations henceforth. We have always been solid when it has come to us, we will continue to be solid for each other and our loved ones, as we embark upon a new journey."

Sachin Shroff and Juhi Parmar: The couple tied the knot in 2009, but called off their eight-year-old marriage and filed for divorce in December 2017. Juhi's official statement, released in January 2018, read: "We have sought divorce by mutual consent and our daughter Samairra's custody is going to be with me."

Ashwin Ramkumar and Soundarya Rajinikanth: Rajinikanth's daughter Soundarya married Ashwin Ramkumar at a grand wedding ceremony in 2010. However, in 2016, claiming difference of opinion between them, a mutual consent divorce petition was filed by the couple. The couple has a son named Ved.

Madhu Mantena and Masaba Gupta: Filmmaker Madhu Mantena married the daughter of veteran actress Neena Gupta and former West Indies batsman Vivian Richards in 2015. However, in August 2018, the couple announced their separation. In March 2019, the couple released a statement which read: "After much thought and consideration, we have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters. We have decided to move forward separately and get divorced."

Kaishav Arora and Deepshikha Nagpal: TV actress Deepshikha Nagpal married Kaishav Arora in 2012, but differences cropped up soon after. In 2016, Deepika had filed for divorce and had also lodged an FIR against Kaishav Arora alleging domestic abuse. Following which, the police gave her an NC (Non-Cognisable Offense) copy. However, the couple reconciled and were living together, until, in January 2019, Deepshikha and Kaishav again announced their separation citing compatibility issues.

Nandish Singh and Rashami Desai: Television actors Nandish Singh and Rashami Desai got hitched in 2012, but their marriage was soon beset by troubles. The couple tried reconciling many times, and were also seen in shows like Nach Baliye and Khatron Ke Khiladi - Darr Ka Blockbuster Returns, but things didn't work out. They finally decided to part ways and filed for a divorce in 2016.

Vivian Dsena and Vahbij Dorabjee: They met on the sets of Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani and soon after tied the knot in 2013. However, the couple's marriage hit a rough patch in 2016 due to compatibility issues. After allegedly accusing Vivian Dsena of domestic violence, the couple lived apart for the past two years, and soon filed for a divorce. But their battle continues in court as both parties are sticking to their guns.

Karan Singh Grover and Jennifer Winget: Karan Singh Grover, who is now happily married to Bipasha Basu, was first married to actress Shraddha Nigam in 2008. The marriage ended in a divorce barely 10 months later. The actor later married his Dill Mill Gaye co-star Jennifer Winget in 2012, but the couple parted ways in 2014. The two agreed for a consensual divorce.

Shweta Tiwari and Raja Chaudhary: The Kasautii Zindagi Kay actress married Raja in 1998. The couple was once happily married before separating after irreconcilable differences cropped up. Tiwari lodged complaints against Raja a number of times after being assaulted by him. Fed up with Chaudhary's tactics, a team of senior police officers decided to extern him from the city a couple of years back. They finally got divorced in 2007.
