Priyanka Chopra is in Mumbai, enjoying some heartwarming family moments as she participates in the pre-wedding festivities of her brother, Siddharth Chopra, who is set to marry Neelam Upadhyaya.

The global star, who has been in India for a few weeks now, made a grand appearance at the event, exuding elegance in an orange traditional outfit while accompanied by her adorable daughter, Malti Marie.

The pictures were shared by her mother Madhu Chopra, who wrote on Instagram, “A divine start to the wedding festivities! May Mata Rani bless the couple with happiness, love, and prosperity. Blessed to have family and friends around for this auspicious start.”

Siddharth works as a producer, while Neelam is an actress who has appeared in several Tamil and Telugu movies. 

Her first film, which was supposed to release in 2010, got cancelled, but she debuted as an actress two years later in 'Mr. 7', a Telugu movie. She also stepped into Tamil cinema in 2013 with her debut in the film 'Unnodu Oru Naal'.

The rumours about Neelam and Siddharth's relationship started circulating in 2019 when they were seen together at a Ganesh Chaturthi celebration. They were later spotted with Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra at the Ambanis' Holi party in 2020. 

Siddharth was previously engaged to Ishita Kumari and before that, he dated Kanika Mathur.

Priyanka also shared pictures from Siddharth and Neelam's haldi ceremony. 

The bride and groom can be seen sitting in tubs as guests apply turmeric on their faces.

Neelam was all smiles as she dressed up in traditional attire for the pre-wedding festivity.
