It is not just among aged people that yoga is gaining popularity but the youth als embracing the ancient Indian form. As we celebrate International Yoga Day 20203, we look at Gen Z celebrities who practice the form to stay fit.
Ananya Panday:
Bollywood actress Ananya Panday has been practicing yoga for a while now. She has been practising the form under Anshuka Parwani who is a celebrity yoga trainer. She often drops videos of her client Ananya Panday practising yoga for her fitness and overall well being.
Anshuka had earlier shared a video of Ananya attempting her first-ever chakrasana.

The yoga trainer captioned the video: "The walkover is one of those drills which engage most of the key muscle groups while opening up the heart and throat chakra. Offcourse they can be scary at first, but believe me once you overcome your fear (like most back bends) you will not stop at one."

Not just Ananya, but her younger sister Rysa is also a regular yoga practitioner.

Actress Alaya F is a fitness enthusiast and engages in different activities to stay fit. Yoga has been a go to fitness activity for the actress since a long time now and her progress is inspirational.
Ruhaanika Dhawan:
Child actress Ruuhaanika has also been practising yoga for years now apart from engaging in activities like dance and kickboxing to stay fit. "I have been practicing yoga especially after we were asked to stay home and doing everything necessary to stay strong and healthy. Apart from strengthening immunity, yoga also helps me increase my concentration and memory power," Ruhanika said.
