Diet dilemmaI don't believe in dieting. I feel that a person should eat everything in moderation. When you stop consuming fats altogether, your skin ends up looking dull and worn out. So, I do include butter and ghee in my food. I eat regularly and don't believe in skipping meals. I have a glass of mixed vegetable juice daily, as I don't like leafy vegetables. As a rule, there is some egg or chicken in my lunch and dinner.
On my toesI am very fond of dancing and I feel that it's a fabulous form of exercise. As a teenager, I trained in Kathak for many years, which is one of the secrets of my slender frame. Nowadays, I shake a leg whenever I get the opportunity to. I hope to restart my Kathak classes in some time.u00a0
