Alaya F gets in an exclusive chat with midday.com
Alaya F is one of the most loved actresses in the industry. Apart from her acting, the actress often inspires people to lead a healthy and fit life. Since World Cancer Day has just passed, and it is crucial to focus on our health, especially when our bodies are exposed to a polluted environment, we at midday.com, in an exclusive chat, asked Alaya about how she maintains a healthy lifestyle.
Alaya in a conversation with us shared her fitness mantra and said that there are days when she also does not feel like working out but that in the end, it is about balancing and listening to our body. Alaya shared, "There are lots of days where even I am very lazy and unfit. You know, not taking care of myself. But I think it's just about always coming back to that place where you then prioritize your health. Around Diwali, Christmas, New Year's, everyone's health goes for a toss because our sleep schedule is off, we're eating badly, and we are drinking too much. I'm also guilty of all of that; even I fall off the track a bunch of times. It's just about balance and listening to your body."

Further, the actress continued that it is not necessary to follow any particular exercise one can opt for what they like and enjoy.
"Whatever exercises that you enjoy, just set a routine that makes you feel happy. Like physical activities that you actually enjoy. If everyone is going to the gym, it doesn't mean you have to go to the gym. You can find any sort of physical activity that you enjoy. Regarding the diet, there are small changes; just instead of having roti, I'll have jawar and Bajra and instead of eating rice I will include Qinuo. The gravies are the same, you know? Instead of having white bread, I'll have sourdough bread. It's just healthy substitutions, that's it. Health is really quite simple; it's just small choices that become a habit," Alaya shared.
For the unversed, Alaya, who made her debut with Jawaani Janeman, will next be seen in Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer âBade Miyan Chote Miyan'
