Shahid Kapoor's wife Mira Rajput has revealed in an interview that she wanted to become a 'surgeon' and had worked as an intern in a hospital and seen several surgeries
Mira Rajput had previously received a lot of flak for her 'puppy' comment and on her views on marriage. Some people had even called out Mira Rajput for not being 'ambitious' enough or defending her 'house-wife' status. In a recent story published on IndiaToday has revealed that Mira Rajput initially wanted to become a doctor.
Shahid Kapoor's wife revealed that she had briefly considered becoming a surgeon. However, she decided not to pursue it because of the amount of studying and dedication it required.
"I have done a few things when I was in school and college. I've also done several internships. I worked in advertising, too. Initially, I wanted to be a doctor and I even did an internship at a hospital. I was determined to become a surgeon and even saw 13-14 surgeries. But then, I realised that it required a lot of study," Mira said. She did not dismiss the possibility of entering Tinseltown in the future.
Mira had revealed in an earlier interview that her dream job would be in a 'creatively stimulating' field that will allow her to spend quality time with her family. The 22-year-old had also said that she will start working only after having another baby. Mira and Shahid are already parents to Misha, who will turn one later this month.
