After Jacqueline Fernandez, R Madhavan has urged all to spare a thought for children, and ensure their needs are taken into consideration. The actor says it is important for people to explain the ongoing pandemic situation to youngsters. "In all this chaos, uncertainty and stress, please spare a thought for the kids at home. Their world has become frightening and they are being mostly neglected," he tweeted.
"Explain to them what is happening and make sure that they feel comforted and secure while we battle the virus," he added.

Speaking about his 2021 plans, the actor makes his directorial debut with Rocketary: The Nambi Effect. Besides starring in and directing the film, Madhavan has written and produced the project, which will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, English and Kannada languages.
The film is based on the life of scientist and aerospace engineer S. Nambi Narayanan. As a senior official at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Narayanan was in charge of the cryogenics division. In 1994, he was falsely charged with espionage and arrested. The charges were dismissed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in 1996, and the Supreme Court declared him not guilty in 1998.
Besides starring in and directing the film, Madhavan has written and produced the project, which will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, English and Kannada languages.
