Taapsee Pannu has a lot of exciting films in her kitty currently. One of them is Rashmi Rocket, where she plays the role of an athlete. She has been sharing a lot of pictures of her physical transformation and training on her Instagram account. However, Taapsee was quite worried about her projects during the coronavirus lockdown. In a recent interview, she has revealed how the lockdown impacted her life.
The 33-year-old actress, who was shooting for her projects back-to-back before the lockdown, went on a guilt trip after the shooting came to a grinding halt. Speaking to Hindustan Times, Taapsee said, "I had committed to some five films before all that happened. I really wanted to make sure I'm able to give all of them the dates, because a few of them were those who had waited for my dates, and who had planned their shoots according to when I gave it to them."
"When the whole situation happened, I was disappointed because I'd have to again push those many films. That was a big guilt trip I was on when my films were rescheduled. However, when I resumed, I resumed the entire dates diary on the basis of what I had committed before, in the same chronological order", she added.
The actress also admitted that it was difficult to bring her life back on track after the government relaxed the lockdown. "It really made the pace slow. I remember when the lockdown was being lifted, I'd do one work meeting, narration a day. I used to feel so great yet weird and scared that has my body got used to so much of relaxation. It was a scary thought that will I be able to resume those crazy work hours which I had before?" she said.

Last week, Taapsee wrapped the shooting of Rashmi Rocket. The actress penned a beautiful note on her Instagram handle. "Not sure if I have the time and space to explain how this film actually happened. From the basic storyline I heard in Chennai 3 years back to actually complete its filming against all odds in these challenging times. This was one hell of a driven team effort!" she wrote.
"I'm going to reserve the details for later coz I'm sure we have many more battles to fight till the release but what I can say is this is one team that's gonna do it all with a smile and most effortlessly coz the captain of this ship @akvarious believes in working strictly in between chilling with bunch of friends on set, instead of the other way round," she continued.
"For now drawing the curtains on #RashmiRocket and moving onwards n upwards coz this Rocket has left us sky bound! #FilmWrap #RashmiRocket," concluded Taapsee.
Now, Taapsee will head to Goa for a brief schedule of Looop Lapeta, the official adaptation of Run Lola Run (1998). Once that is completed, Pannu will give her undivided attention to filmmaker friend Anurag Kashyap's sci-fi movie, tentatively titled Rewind.
It is heard that the film, which was to originally roll in May 2020, will go on floors around February 15. "The futuristic thriller needed an oceanic backdrop. On learning that Taapsee will be in Goa in February, Anurag instructed his production team to quickly conduct a recce and zero in on key locations there that can suit the narrative. He has planned a three-week schedule, followed by another stint in Mumbai in the second half of March," a source revealed.
