This was the first time Abhishek Bachchan stepped out after recovering from the Coronavirus. The actor and his father, megastar Amitabh Bachchan had tested positive for COVID- 19 on July 11 and had been admitted to hospital. While Big B was released on August 2, Abhishek underwent treatment for another week till he tested negative. Abhishek's wife Aishwarya and daughter Aaradhya were also hospitalised with the virus and discharged after a few days.

The telly couple Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar also attended Nidhi Dutta and director Binoy Gandhi's engagement in Juhu. Shoaib wore a black and white traditional attire, while Dipika looked pretty in her red traditional ensemble.

Dipika Kakar took to her Instagram account to share images from the engagement function and congratulated the lovely couple Nidhi Dutta-Binoy Gandhi and Bindya Goswami and daughter Siddhi Dutta.

Dipika Kakar also shared an image of her and Shoaib all ready for the engagement and wrote, "You are my today.... all of my tomorrows @shoaib2087 [sic]" with a heart emojis. Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum actress shared another photo of her and wrote, "Be a girl with a Mind, A woman with an Attitude, & A lady with a class! [sic]"

Anu Malik along with his family also attended Nidhi Dutta and director Binoy Gandhi's engagement in Juhu. JP Dutta in a chat with IANS talking about his daughter engagement said, "Bindiya (his wife) and I are absolutely delighted to announce the engagement of our daughter Nidhi with Binoy. The kids have known each other for many years and are about to be betrothed. It's a feeling very personal and something we cannot put into words."

JP Dutta further added, "Just glad it's all happening with Ganeshji's presence in our home. The wedding is planned for later this year and plans will be decided once we know the COVID situation." Nidhi is set to marry Binoy Gandhi, a filmmaker. The marriage will probably take place in December.
