FIFTY FIFTY, the K-pop girl's group, reportedly lost the lawsuit they filed against the agency, ATTRAKT. The group has four members namely, Sio, Saena, Aran, and Keena. FIFTY FIFTY was formed by ATTRAKT and the girls made their debut in November 2022 with the EP titled The Fifty.
The K-pop girl group had filed a lawsuit against ATTRAKT, over their exclusive contract. The decision came on August 28. According to India Today, the judge of the Seoul Central District Court dismissed the case and stated the difficulty in proving a contract violation regarding financial statement provision or member health maintenance. their agency. Reportedly, the K-pop group's legal team, Barun, is working on the matter.
As per reports, FIFTY FIFTY applied for an injunction to suspend their contracts after ATTRAKT claimed that external forces were aiming to but the K-pop group. The team of four cited the agency's selfish decisions leading to mistrust and also brought to light some instances of unpaid dues and poor treatment.
As the group's parents and agency failed to find a middle ground, it led to a long trial and allegations in the public. While the court's decision states that FIFTY FIFTY is still under ATTRAKT, the K-Pop group is trying for an appeal. An official statement from FIFTY FIFTY and ATTRAKT is awaited.

The viral hit single was released in February 2023, making FIFTY FIFTY the fastest K-pop group to enter the US Billboard Hot 100 and UK Singles Chart, within four months of debut. They also became the first K-pop girl group to enter the top ten of the UK charts. According to reports, they were signed to Warner Music Korea in 2023.
The K-pop group made its debut after two years of training on November 14, 2022. The girls announced the same by releasing the group's official logo image across all social media accounts. At present, the popular K-pop group FIFTY FIFTY has 848K followers on Instagram.
