Summer heat
>> Drink a lot of water; at least two litres daily and ensure a good liquid intake in terms of juices.
>> If you drink beer or any kind of alcohol, ensure you drink more water.
>> Wear light coloured clothes when you're going out in the heat and keep your head always covered with cap or
a cloth.
>> Avoid eating spicy, oily and too much of sweet food this season.
>> When you have to go out in the sun, walk in the shady areas.
