I've found my soul mate

Dear Diana, I'm 18 and in junior college. I adore a girl in my class. I am always thinking about her. I've come to the conclusion that I love her. She too is 18 and shy like me

I think we are soul mates who were made for each other. But I don't know how to approach her and make her aware of my intentions. Whenever I look at her, she evades contact. The only thing I know about her is her name and that she's good at studies.
