On Tuesday, Mumbai reported seven new Covid-19 cases, taking the overall tally of infections to 1,164,098, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation said in a health bulletin.
Presently, the city now has 42 active Covid-19 cases.
According to data, Mumbai's overall growth rate of cases between August 1 and August 7 is 0.0007 per cent, and the recovery rate stood at 98.3 per cent.
So far, 189,17,659 Covid-19 tests have been conducted in the city, including 367 samples taken in the past 24 hours.

The caseload doubling time is 141,000 days, as per civic data.
Meanwhile, Maharashtra reported 12 new cases and zero death.
