The flames were extinguished by 5 pm and 18 to 20 residents trapped in the building were rescued. Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire, the official said
The building, which houses 60 rooms, faced a serious fire hazard between the 8th and 15th floors
The fire was completely extinguished, and the situation is now under control
The residents were assisted in evacuating the building without any casualties, owing to the timely intervention of the emergency response teams
