Former cabinet minister for Forests, Cultural Affairs and Fisheries, Sudhir Mungantiwar was dropped out by BJP. He represents the Ballarpur assembly constituency
Vijaykumar Gavit

Tanaji Sawant
Shiv Sena camp's former health minister, Tanaji Sawant was not given a seat in the new council. He represents Bhum Paranda constituency
Deepak Kesarkar
The former cabinet minister for Ministry of Education and Ministry of Marathi Language, Deepak Kesarkar was dropped out by Shiv Sena. He represents Sawantwadi assembly constituency
Abdul Sattar
The three term member of Maharashtra assembly, Abdul Sattar was dropped by Shiv Sena. He represents Sillod constituency
Chhagan Bhujbal
A former DyCM, Chaggan Bhujbal was a food and civil supplies minister in the previous government by was dropped by Ajit Pawar's NCP. He represents Nashik's Yeola assembly
Dilip Walse Patil
Former Maharahtra's Minister of Co-operation and senior NCP leader, Dilip Walse Patil was dropped out by the party. He represents Ambegaon constituency
Dharmarao Baba Atram
Maharashtra's former minister of Food & Drug (Administration), Dharmarao Baba Atram was not given a seat in the new council. He represents Aheri assembly constituency
Anil Bhaidas Patil
Minister of Disaster Management, Relief and Rehabilitation of Maharashtra, Anil Bhaidas Patil was not given a second chance to be part of the council this time. He represents Amalner constituency
Sanjay Bansode
