"I had high blood pressure for three years. After I did Art of Living Part I everything became normal. I became very calm.
It helped me as a teacher because as a teacher you need a lot of patience," says Sreekumar GV, associate professor, Industrial Design Centre at IIT Mumbai, who has been practising Art of Living for nine years now.
Reshma Jain, managing editor, Marwar magazine, who has tried and tested a range of relaxation therapies suggests Ta'i Chi, the Chinese alternative fitness therapy to calm the mind, but says one of the easiest relaxation methods is a one-hour time out.
