Inauguration of national modern art gallery in Bangalore witnessed some noisy scenes today after medical education minister Ramchandra Gowda's remarks invited the wrath of the artists, who were present at the function.
Gowda said artists in the name of creativity are making obscene works, which caused protests from artists, including renowned artist, M S Murthy.
