Maharashtra cabinet minister Dhananjay Munde's wife's car collided with a bus on Solapur-Pune road, the officials said on Thursday, reported the PTI.
She escaped unhurt after a car she was travelling in hit a private bus on Solapur-Pune road on Thursday morning, the officials said.
The incident took place at around around 5 am near Sortapwadi on Solapur-Pune highway, an official from Uruli Kanchan police station said, as per the PTI.
"As the speed of the private bus reduced, the car hit the bus from the rear side, causing a minor accident. Mrs Rajshree Munde escaped unhurt in the accident," the official said, according to the PTI.

23 Injured, 11 critical after bus collides with truck on Mumbai-Pune Expressway
Meanwhile, in an another incident, as many as 23 passengers, including 11 were seriously injured after a bus collided with an unidentified container truck on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway near Lonavala in Maharashtra on Thursday, the police said, according to the ANI.
The police said that 11 passengers have sustained serious injuries, while the rest suffered minor injuries.
According to the police, the incident happened when the bus was going from Maharashtra's Kolhapur to Borivali in Mumbai on early Thursday morning, as per the ANI.
The police said that it is suspected that the driver of the bus may have allegedly fallen asleep that could have caused the bus to crash into a heavy vehicle, possibly a container or trailer.
The bus crashed into the vehicle from behind, the police said.
According to a Pune Rural Police official, "The bus was going from Kolhapur to Borivali in Mumbai when the accident took place. It appears that the driver may have fallen asleep, causing the bus to crashed into a heavy vehicle, possibly a container or trailer, from behind. As a result, 11 passengers sustained serious injuries like fractures etc, while the rest suffered minor injuries. Further investigations in the are underway," the news agency reported on Thursday.
