During a campaign rally in Amravati, Union Home Minister Amit Shah emphasised the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) commitment to establishing 'Ram Rajya' in India

He urged voters to support the BJP, stating that their votes would go towards patriots who aspire to build a society based on the principles of Ram Rajya, rather than supporting anti-national elements who perpetuate dynastic politics.

Shah criticised the Congress for allegedly neglecting the Ram Janmabhoomi issue for 70 years, contrasting it with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's swift resolution of the issue and the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya.

Shah criticised opposition leaders Uddhav Thackeray, Sharad Pawar and Rahul Gandhi for allegedly disrespecting Lord Ram by not attending the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya despite being invited. He accused them of prioritising political considerations over religious sentiments.

Shah lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his dedication to development projects, citing examples such as the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor and the reconstruction of Kedarnath and Badrinath temples. He emphasised PM Modi's commitment to restoring and enhancing cultural and religious heritage sites across India.

Shah questioned Sharad Pawar's apology to the people of Amravati for supporting Navneet Rana in previous elections and suggested that Pawar should prioritize seeking forgiveness from families affected by farmers' suicides in Vidarbha.

He accused Sharad Pawar of neglecting his responsibilities as Union agriculture minister, particularly in improving irrigation facilities in the region.

Amit Shah also said that BJP is committed to upholding the Constitution, rebutting allegations made by the Congress about the BJP's intentions to alter it. He assured the public that BJP would safeguard the integrity of the Constitution.
