In Rohini Sector 23, despite the heavy downpour, residents were seen playing and working out in the rain. The rainfall, which caused waterlogging in other parts of the city, didn’t deter these individuals from their outdoor activities.

Earlier on Sunday, heavy rainfall lashed Ambala city, leading to waterlogged roads and disruption of daily activities. Commuters struggled to navigate through the water-filled streets as the rain continued to pour.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted moderate to heavy rainfall in various parts of Haryana, including Kurukshetra, Ambala, Yamunanagar, and Panchkula. Thunderstorms and lightning are also expected to accompany the rain in these areas.

The IMD has issued warnings for continued rainfall across several parts of northern India, including Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh. The rainfall is expected to persist in these regions until August 16.
