Dinesh Mishra, the lawyer for Atul Subhash, a Bengaluru techie who died by suicide, expressed regret over his death and said Atul should have informed them about his issues. Mishra also mentioned that the court`s decision to award Rs. 40,000 in maintenance for Atul`s child could have been challenged if it seemed too high. Atul Subhash, 34, a deputy general manager at a private company, took his own life on Monday. Originally from Uttar Pradesh, he had been living in Bengaluru. Before his death, he left a 24-page suicide note, accusing his wife, her family, and a judge of causing his distress. He claimed they were responsible for instigating his suicide, harassment, extortion, and corruption.
