Radio station France Info reported Sunday's searches without giving out details on their results or objectives, Efe news agency reported.
Investigators are looking for the brother of one of the suicide attackers who blew himself up after killing many people on Friday.
His face has been broadcast by the French police for it to be identified by witnesses.
Police say, Salah Abdeslam, 26, rented the car that the terrorists later took to the Bataclan theatre where majority of the people were killed.
