After departing on a duck on his debut, Abhishek Sharma made a solid comeback by smashing a stellar 47-ball century. His knock was laced with 7 fours and 8 sixes
Later, Ruturaj Gaikwad stayed unbeaten on 77 runs. His knock came in 47 deliveries including 11 fours and 1 six. Rinku Singh on the other hand too played an unbeaten knock of 48 runs off 22 balls. During his knock, he bashed the Zimbabwe bowlers for 2 fours and 5 sixes
While chasing a target of 235 runs, Zimbabwe was bundled up for 134 runs, thanks to pacers Mukesh Kumar and Avesh Khan
Mukesh Kumar returned with the figures of three wickets for 37 runs in 3.4 overs. He bowled with an economy of 10.09
Avesh Khan claimed three wickets from the other end for 15 runs in three overs. Spinners Ravi Bishnoi and Washington Sundar, too bagged two and one wickets, respectively. With this, the "Men in Blue" sealed the victory by 100 runs in the 2nd T20I against Zimbabwe
