Former champions ATK Mohun Bagan crushed arch-rivals SC East Bengal 3-0 in the much-anticipated season's first derby of the Indian Super League at Tilak Maidan here on Saturday.
In a scintillating display, ATK Mohun Bagan scored through Roy Krishna (12th minute), Manvir Singh (14th) and Liston Colaco (23rd) as they did not allow SCEB the breathing space to make it three out of three in their ISL exchanges.
Fijian star marksman Krishna connected a perfect cross from Pritam Kotal to net the derby's opening goal. Singh was quick to double with a thunderbolt strike within two minutes.
