The Indian women's team went down 0-3 to Australia in their FIH Hockey Pro League match at the Kalinga Hockey Stadium here on Wednesday.
Australia's captain Grace Stewart (19th minute), Tatum Stewart (23rd), and Kaitlin Nobbs (55th) scored a goal each for the visitors.

At the start of the second quarter, following an open move, Nobbs relayed the ball to her captain Stewart, who tapped in the first goal for the Aussies.

Halfway through the second quarter, Australia earned a penalty corner and Stewart drag flicked home for 2-0.
In the closing stages of the match, with five minutes left on the clock, Nobbs rolled the ball through India skipper and goalkeeper Savita's legs to make it 3-0.
India will take on the United States on Friday.
