1. Can you provide a brief overview of your background and experience in the Online service industry?


My name is Bhavin Kunjadiya and I am an Entrepreneur Running a Digital Marketing and DigitalPR Agency called Thanks Creation9 since 2012.


Initially, I started with Content Writing Services then into Digital Marketing, Website Building and Narrow it down to Digital PR.


Our Main Objective is to serve our clients at its best and make them achieve the Recognition which they deserve through PR Services.

2. What inspired you to focus on Online service businesses, and why do you believe they will play a significant role in 2024?

Evolution of Digital Era has Compelled all the industries to come online and as many of the industry people are new to this platform, they need some hands to structure, Design and Execute their Online Business Model and that's where Service based business will play a crucial Role. Smaller businesses aren't leveraging digital tools as much as larger businesses: the post-pandemic gap in digital tool use increased to 26% for online sales, 33% for websites, 12% for online marketing, and 21% for social media presence.

3. Are there specific trends or changes in the business landscape that you've observed, contributing to the rise of Online service-oriented businesses?

In 2021, the number of annual online shoppers was about 185 million across India. This was a significant increase as compared to the previous year. The annual number of shoppers is likely to increase to 425 million in 2027.

Do you think you need to miss this Opportunity? Just imagine how many businesses are now in need of Digital Marketing, Website Design, Web Development, Content Writing, Funnel Designing, Ecom, Google Ads, FB (Meta) Ads and Digital PR to Brand Building.

4. In your opinion, how does the service sector contribute to economic growth, and what potential benefits can it bring to both businesses and consumers?

The service sector in India contributes more than 50% to the country's GDP and provides jobs to 30.7% of the population. It also accounts for over 50% of the country's Gross Value Added (GVA). The digital economy is considered a key driver of economic growth in both developed and developing countries.

The internet can help reduce costs in many sectors of the economy, which can lead to faster productivity growth. It can also lead to lower prices for consumers, which can lead to faster growth in living standards. The internet's contribution to GDP growth in some countries has doubled to 21% over the past five years.

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a rapid shift in consumer demand online, which has created opportunities for emerging digital industries. Online services can reduce the movement of people, which can reduce the risk of epidemic transmission and contribute to stable economic growth.

5. How do advancements in technology, such as artificial intelligence and automation, impact the service industry, and how can businesses leverage these advancements?

Advancements in AI and automation revolutionise the service industry by boosting efficiency and customer experiences. Automation streamlines tasks, allowing businesses to focus on value-driven activities. AI-driven technologies, like chatbots, provide instant, personalised responses, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Data analysis offers valuable insights for informed decision-making, while process automation minimises errors and accelerates service delivery.

Personalization, cost reduction, and adaptability to industry trends further highlight the transformative impact. Embracing these technologies positions businesses to stay competitive and thrive in the evolving service landscape of 2024.

6. Can you share your success stories or examples showcasing the potential for growth in the industry?

Well, As I mentioned in the beginning, I have been into the Digital Service based business for around 10+ Years now but the Journey has not been smooth. I went through so many Ups and Down.

I have been in the Drop Servicing business model. Initially it was good as I was learning and growing but in Covid-19, It was a massive hit to my business and got slammed very hard. It was like I came to ZERO. I started trying some other businesses like Affiliate Marketing, SaaS Promotion & Online Coaching but Suddenly due to Hard Smackdown I was not able to overcome the impact.

It took me 2 years to understand that I am not good at that, ha ha ha. I went to negative in my Bank Account as well. So I switch back to Service based Business back in end of 2022 and started Digital PR. Because I was starting from Zero again so Initial 4-5 months were very hard. But I was dedicated and of course I did not have any other Option either. So stayed on the same path... by end of 2023, We generated a Six Figure Revenue in our Business.

7. What advice would you give to entrepreneurs looking to establish or expand their presence in the Online service sector in 2024?

I want to give a simple advice, START FIRST. You do not need to be Pro and Expert.You will be if you are in the Market. Secondly, You do not need 100% Tech knowledge to start any Online Service based business.

Looking beyond 2024, the future of Online service businesses will likely be defined by continuous innovation. Technology will play a pivotal role, with advancements like AI, machine learning, and blockchain becoming even more integral.

Businesses must adapt to changing consumer preferences, emphasising sustainability and ethical practices. Innovation will not only enhance operational efficiency but also drive unique, customer-centric solutions, shaping the evolution of service businesses towards a dynamic, interconnected, and technologically advanced landscape.
