There’s chatter that Kartik Aaryan-starrer Dhamaka will release on a digital platform. The action thriller was announced on November 22 as a 30th birthday gift for the actor.

It was shot in December on a start-to-finish schedule within 10 days. Producer Ronnie Screwvala and director Ram Madhvani are said to be keen to release it soon as well. In the new normal, it looks like it’s announce, shoot and release—sooner the better.
Kartik Aaryan will be seen in an intense role in Dhamaka. He will be seen playing the role of a journalist who covers the live broadcast of a terror attack in Mumbai. The film is being directed by Ram Madhvani. Speaking about the film, Aaryan said in an interview, "Dhamaka is going to be a pleasant surprise for everyone. Yes, it's a thriller, but it's so much more. It keeps you on the edge throughout and talks about so many relevant things that are going on in our society right now. It's my most commercial film yet."
He will also be seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which also stars Kiara Advani. It takes on from the title of the 2007 horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa, which starred Akshay Kumar, Shiney Ahuja, Vidya Balan and Ameesha Patel.
