The upcoming Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone-starrer action film ‘Fighter’ has been filmed at real locations with the help of IAF personnel using combat jets and helicopters. The thrilling operational scenes have been filmed at the Air Force Station in Tezpur, the Air Force Academy in Dindigul, Andhra Pradesh, and at the Air Force Station in Pune.

Shot extensively at the Air Force Station Tezpur, nestled in the lush green valley of Assam, it serves as the backdrop for some of the film's most intense fighter jet sequences.

On 15 January, the power-packed trailer of Siddharth Anand's directorial 'Fighter' was released and started to make waves everywhere. Well-packed with adrenaline-pumping action sequences, the crackling chemistry of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, and powerful background music, the trailer has guaranteed a perfect start to 2024 with the celebration of 75th Republic Day.

'Fighter' trailer took the audience on an epic journey with the elite unit of the Indian Air Force - the Air Dragons. The squad members embark on a mission to safeguard our skies and nation by confronting looming threats. The trailer beautifully encapsulated the camaraderie, courage and sacrifice of these heroes, making 'Fighter' a must-watch for everyone across generations.

The film features Hrithik as Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania aka Patty, Deepika as Squadron Leader Minal Rathore aka Minni, and Anil Kapoor as Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh aka Rocky fighting for the country. Akshay Oberoi and Karan Singh Grover will also be seen in the film.

The makers have dropped three songs from the film so far- 'Heer Aasmani,' 'Sher Khul Gaye' and 'Ishq Jaisa Kuch'. 'Heer Aasmani' is a pilot theme song whereas 'Sher Khul Gaye' is a party song that features all the cast members letting loose in a pub, the latter song sees the sizzling chemistry between Hrithik and Deepika as they groove on a beach.

Directed by Siddharth Anand and presented by Viacom18 Studios in association with Marflix Pictures, 'Fighter' epitomises cinematic brilliance, blending heart-thumping action and patriotic fervour. The film will release in theatres on January 25, 2024.
