Sonu Sood and Jacqueline Fernandez are set to star in the action thriller `Fateh,` with the trailer recently released featuring Sonu in an action-packed role. Speaking at the trailer launch, Sonu shared that the film`s journey began three years ago during the Covid period, inspired by the rise of cyber fraud. He aimed to create an intense action film of international standards and noted that overseas shoots and collaborations with international artists were unexpected. On comparisons to James Bond and John Wick, Sonu stated it wasn`t intentional. `Fateh,` which marks Sonu`s directorial debut, also stars Vijay Raaz, Naseeruddin Shah, and Dibyendu Bhattacharya. The film is set to release on January 10.
