Joey King and Taylor Zakhar Perez had a mini 'Kissing Booth' reunion at the SAG Awards 2024

SAG Awards 2024: Joey King and Taylor Zakhar Perez, who starred together in the Kissing Booth movies, had a mini-reunion at the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards in Los Angeles. The event happened at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall.

During the SAG Awards 2024 ceremony, Taylor, who was acting as the SAG Ambassador with Phil Dunster, wore a navy blue suit with a double-breasted blazer. Joey went for a beige and black dress with blue flowers, and she added sheer black gloves, rings, and a blue bejewelled necklace to complete her look.
The two actors, famous for their roles in Kissing Booth 2, also joined in on a TikTok trend with other actors like Phil Dunster, Sam Li, and Noah Lalonde. In the TikTok video, Perez started by saying, “I'm an actor, of course I'm gonna yell ‘line.'” The video included playful comments from other actors about the acting profession.
Joey King, in the video, shared, "I'm an actor, of course, I had my first kiss on-screen." She previously talked about having her first real kiss with actor Keegan Allen in The Sound and the Fury when she was 14, and Allen was 26.
Even though Jacob Elordi, another co-star from Kissing Booth, called the movies "ridiculous," both Joey King and Taylor Zakhar Perez have stayed good friends and defended the films. Joey King, who dated Elordi during filming, mentioned that it's unfortunate for anyone to feel that way about the movies.
Recently, Jacob Elordi found himself at the centre of a police investigation after he allegedly assaulted a man. The ‘Saltburn’ star reportedly became involved in an altercation with a radio star outside of a hotel in Sydney over the weekend, reports ‘Mirror.co.uk’.
Police have since confirmed that they are investigating an alleged assault by a 26-year-old, for which they have seized CCTV footage.
Joshua Fox, who appears on Australia's KIIS FM approached the actor outside of the swanky Cleverly Hotel in Sydney and had hoped to question him but things took a drastic turn. Manchester UK-born Josh, 32, had asked Jacob if he could fill a jar with his bathwater, referencing the infamous ‘Saltburn’ scene.
