Bigg Boss 17: Rohit Shetty grills Munawar Faruqui about Ayesha Khan, contestants face tough questions

Bigg Boss 17

In the latest Bigg Boss 17 episode, things got pretty intense. The show began with contestants teasing Munawar Faruqui and Mannara Chopra, setting the stage for some drama. A new task was introduced, warning the participants that they'd have to face some tough questions.

An interesting conversation unfolded between Mannara and Ankita Lokhande. Ankita expressed dissatisfaction with how she was portrayed in a video and emphasized her commitment to defending her husband. Little did she know that her actions would soon be under the microscope when Rohit Shetty made a guest appearance.

Rohit, the host of Khatron Ke Khiladi, had the tough job of selecting a contestant for his show. However, it wasn't going to be easy. The selection process involved answering questions as challenging as the toughest trials of the entire Bigg Boss 17 season.

Ankita Lokhande faces the tough questions!

Ankita Lokhande faced the first round of questioning. Rohit probed whether she played the game with her brain or heart. He also dug into her actions during a press conference, asking why she put Vicky and Mannara in a tough spot to save her own image. The director also questioned the double standards in her interactions with Mannara and the boys versus Vicky and the girls. Ankita admitted to an on-and-off friendship with Mannara, citing mental stress as the reason for a change in her approach.

Rohit Shetty grills Munawar Faruqui

Munawar Faruqui, known as "boring" by some contestants, had to answer questions about his calm demeanor. Rohit questioned Munawar's friendship with his ex and the controversy surrounding clothes sent during the show. Munawar defended himself, emphasizing that the game isn't just about confrontations. The comedian was faced by a slew of questions regarding his relationship with ex-girlfriend Ayesha Khan and the fact that he brought up his other ex-girlfriend Nazila time and time again. Post the line of questioning, Munawar was seen crying in the corner.

Mannara Chopra, Abhishek Kumar, and Arun Mahashetty face the heat

Mannara Chopra faced the heat next. Rohit questioned the nature of her friendships, suggesting it might be a one-way street. Mannara defended herself, claiming that friendship is a two-way connection. However, Rohit accused her of portraying different versions of herself based on support, noting an obsession with Munawar that made her appear 'weak' in his eyes.

Abhishek Kumar, often accused of playing the victim card, faced Rohit's inquiry into his fighting style. Rohit urged him to promise never to hit a woman due to a perceived character flaw. Abhishek admitted to the need for self-control but defended his emotional outbursts.

Arun Mahashetty, known for his calm demeanor, faced questioning about his silence and luck-driven journey to the top five. Emotional and raw, Arun defended his authenticity and claimed he survived due to his goodness.

At the end of the episode, Mannara Chopra was shown crying on the bed while talking to Bigg Boss. She expressed her confusion about why she's being portrayed as the villain in the relationship between Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain. On the other hand, Ankita and Abhishek were seen conversing outside about how it appeared that Mannara was intentionally teasing Ankita by constantly being around Vicky Jain.
