Speaking about her brand, Ms. Prritii says, “Our brand stands out because of its unique approach and unmatched commitment to natural wellness. We are proud to be the first salon ever to use 100 percent natural products for all in-house services. No chemicals, no shortcuts just pure nature. Our revolutionary concept involves creating products freshly on-site in our salon and using them instantly for treatments. This ensures the most natural, preservative-free, and effective care possible. From salon services and beauty products to wellness offerings and organic tea, we provide a holistic lifestyle experience, all rooted in natural and sustainable practices. She speaks about them, “The first challenge is of unawareness on the part of consumers regarding benefits of using organic and natural products or the risks associated with synthetic chemicals. Many still believe that conventional beauty products are more effective or do not prioritize the health implications of harmful ingredients.Also a lack of understanding can lead to hesitation in switching to organic options, especially when the price point is higher or the benefits aren`t immediately clear. Also, a new brand may struggle to gain visibility in a market dominated by well-established players with larger advertising budgets and established customer bases. Consumers often hesitate to trust new brands, particularly when it comes to beauty and wellness products that directly affect their appearance and health. Also such products are often priced higher than conventional ones due to premium ingredients and sustainable sourcing. Also, many consumers are hesitant to switch from tried-and-tested brands to new ones, especially for personal care products. Also, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality organic and natural ingredients can be difficult, especially with seasonal variations or disruptions.

Digital tools streamline inventory management, production planning, and quality control, making operations cost-effective and reducing errors. Social media platforms and AR tools let brands create interactive campaigns, tutorials, and virtual events. AR and VR tools allow customers to try on makeup, hairstyles, or even nail art virtually, helping them make confident choices. Mobile apps and e-commerce platforms enable easy access to products, appointment bookings, and tutorials, saving time and effort. Clients benefit from knowing exactly where ingredients come from, thanks to blockchain and other transparency tools. Live streaming, tutorials, and interactive content on social media educate clients on how to use products effectively or adopt wellness practices.
Elaborating on the future growth plans for her company, she says, “We plan on expanding our product line by including items like skincare, haircare, and wellness supplements, which align with our ethos. Since our salon is the first to exclusively use natural products, this could be a great model to franchise or license. We would like to train others to replicate our successful approach in different locations while maintaining the integrity of our brand. We also plan on expanding our reach by setting up an off – line flagship store for our beauty products, wellness products, and organic teas. Also would like to offer subscription boxes or bundles for regular deliveries of popular items. As we have already made our mark successful locally, we would like to look into international expansion, either by setting up more locations in key markets or by promoting our brand globally through digital channels or distributor channels
And what does achievement mean for her? "Achievement is a deeply personal concept and one that varies from individual to individual. For me, I believe that true achievement isn’t a destination but an ongoing journey. There are countless opportunities out there, both globally and within the industry, and I’m continually inspired by the potential for growth and innovation. I don’t think I’ll ever reach a point where I can claim to have achieved everything I set out to do, because I am always striving to do more whether it`s refining my offerings, discovering new sustainable solutions, or improving the services I provide. The process of learning, evolving, and making a positive impact is what drives me forward. I see each achievement as a stepping stone to the next, and I remain committed to pushing boundaries, challenging the status quo, and ensuring that my work always aligns with my core values of sustainability, wellness, and creating positive change."
