CEO of BMR Innovations included as advising member and mentor to Goa's State Innovation Council

International author, leadership expert and the CEO of BMR Innovations, a Management and Tech consultancy has been included as advising member and mentor to the Goa’s State Innovation Council further to the approval by Dr. Pramod Sawant, the hon'ble CM of Goa. Bevara will work closely with the state in their ongoing efforts to bridge the skill-gap and contribute in their innovation initiatives.

After the news, Bevara was in Delhi to meet several dignitaries along with his 2021 release and the national bestseller The Roaring Lambs, that is being appreciated by both media and top leaders from all walks of life. Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Dr. Amitabh Kant, CEO of NITI Aayog, Mr Deepak Bagla, MD of Invest India, Shri GMR garu, Dr. Kiran Bedi and the Megastar Chiranjeevi. Some of them even went onto their social media highlighting the meeting along with the national bestseller The Roaring Lambs published by the HarperCollins India.

Primary discussion with these distinguished leaders last week was about Life, Management, Leadership and Innovation towards the progress and development of the nation. Each of them being stalwarts in their areas, Bevara felt the discussions were not only outstanding, insightful and learning but also examples of how these leaders’ thought process operates with consistent and passionate approach to contribute towards the making of stronger India.

Dr. Shashi Tharoor tweeted, “Pleasure to receive @SreedharBevara, author of two bestsellers on leadership which he graciously presented to me today. His own rags-to-riches story is truly inspiring & prompts me to read him. Those who have struggled have more to teach us than those born to privilege”. Bevara replied, “Many know him to be intelligent, outspoken, orator and immensely knowledgeable leader. But when you meet him, you will be dumbstruck knowing he's not only kind, graceful but also charismatic with his demeanor of humbleness. Thank you Dr @ShashiTharoor for your time and affection”.

Dr. Amitabh Kant, CEO, NITI Aayog tweeted, “Delighted to receive this fascinating book “The Roaring Lambs” from @SreedharBevara who is a distinguished author, a management expert, an entrepreneur & a motivator. Wish him all the best in his future endeavours”. Bevara’s replied, “Chief architect behind several successful initiatives in last 41yrs of his impeccable contributions towards making the nation strong & shining under various governments make him an extraordinary professional of all weathers. Honoured to meet this dynamic & inspiring personality”.

Dr. Kiran Bedi tweeted, “A great story by @SreedharBevara. Was presented this book this morning”. Bevara replied, “Meeting @thekiranbedi is always a pleasure filled with long discussions about books, leadership and fueled with inspiration knowing more about her celebrated life. She is fearless in her approach towards life and will remain one of the great icons of modern India”.

Billionaire businessman and the group chairman of GMR Infra Mr G. M. Rao was happy to receive Bevara and his new book at his office. Mr GMR was indeed delighted to receive the book and had discussed various issues but in specific the leadership challenges. Bevara was meting him for the third time as he stated, it’s always an inspiring experience to meet people who have done it all by themselves.

Mr Deepak Bagla was another leader Bevara met and is of great appreciation about his giant efforts to create avenues to get greater amount of FDI investments into india through the promotional agency of government of India, Invest India. Bevara felt, he was not only sharp in his outlook but also humble something that great leaders processed quality.

And finally, meeting with the south Megastar Chiranjeevi was phenomenal in his own words and Bevara appreciated the Megastar's consistency in terms of encouraging new and young talent - something he emphasized, a great leadership quality. Mr Bevara said that Megastar's life is a live example of 'Work is God. Worth is Worship", a quote referred from his earlier bestseller book Moment of Signal. Megastar expressed his humble gratitude for the visit and shared his experiences and thought process about life.
