Why is Dr K.M.Saifullah’s unique treatment protocol so effective in chronic & complicated diseases.

Dr K.M.Saifullah

For this purpose, he is diligently working on several kinds of the documentation processes, publishing research papers, coming up with effective formulations and spreading awareness with the help of various symposiums, seminars and other such events.

The team of doctors under the watchful eyes of Dr. Saifullah conduct extensive research through an exhaustive study of Ayurvedic ‘Shastras’ and Unani’s ‘Qadeem Bayaz’.Nabz Shanasi (Nadi Parikshan) Nabz Shanasi (Nadi Parikshan) has the ability to identify the fluctuations in Sauda, Safra, Balgham & Dam (Vata, Pitta & Kapha) to reveal the root cause of diseases. It is regarded as the ‘mother of all diagnostic procedures’ in Unani & Ayurveda. While Nabz  Shanasi (Nadi Parikshan) is taught at the Unani and Ayurvedic colleges, some of its knowledge has been passed down the generations. Unfortunately, the true art of Nabz Shanasi (Nadi Parikshan) is gradually becoming extinct. It takes time to master this intricate method of pulse examination.

Dr. K. M. Saifullah has remarkable command over Nabz Shanasi (Nadi Parikshan). He is a Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery and has acquiescence with renowned Ayurvedic and Unani physicians. His own uncle, Hakeem Hashim Takmili was one of the greatest Unani Hakeems of his era. He was also an eminent scholar and topper of Takmil-Ut-Tib College, Lucknow.

Qaroorah Examination

In medical philosophy, excretions are believed to be a window to one’s health. Their importance can never be overstated. While all kinds of excretion are vital in the diagnosis of specific diseases, the diverse aspects of examining Qaroorah (the first urine of  the day) set it apart from the rest.

For the test to be proper, it is necessary that the person does not eat or drink anything before collecting the urine early morning, and collects it in a clean container. Dr. K. M. Saifullah minutely observes the sediment, clearness, texture, foam, odour, quantity  & colour of the urine. These can reveal the true condition of one’s health in great detail. A urine sample may appear yellow or white in general, but a trained eye can identify even the smallest abnormalities and their underlying cause.

Many a time, regular tests are unable to correctly determine certain disturbances, that’s where the usefulness of the Qaroorah examination comes into play.

Regimotherapy

Ancient Ayurvedic-Unani texts mention the use of oil for addressing various diseases as well as for improving overall health. The concept of Regimotherapy involves the regular use of oil in varied ways and particular areas of the body, for both treatment and wellness.

Dr. K. M. Saifullah & the team have carried out extensive studies and research to understand the wide range of effects of Regimotherapy. The oil application and usage procedures that were found to be the most beneficial were selected and made a part of the treatment protocol. These are prescribed to the patients, according to their requirements.

‘Oil Pulling’ is an excellent technique of using oil for oral hygiene and associated benefits. Another method of using oil for medicinal purposes include the application of oil in the navel and vortex in a therapeutic manner. Moreover, applying oil to the

entire body has far-reaching benefits. Dr. Saifullah stresses that the kind and quality of oil used in Regimotherapy is the deciding factor in how well it works for individuals.

Stress Care

There is no denying the fact that stress not only causes diseases but also aggravates any existing condition. It then follows that reducing stress works wonders in the treatment of numerous health problems. However, not all stress is bad. The kind of stress that pushes us to take action for our wellbeing and prompts us to stand up against evil is indeed good.

Stress care’ has been designed by Dr. K. M. Saifullah to keep bad stress away. Practising ‘mindfulness’ is an exceptional way of dissipating anxiety & tension. It allows one to connect with oneself to find beauty in the simplest of things. The process of ‘mind detox’ helps to expel everything that is negative and toxic to our minds and replace them with positive thoughts and creative.

If done right, these tools can empower both the mind and body- Dr. Saifullah shows how.

Physical Therapy

The winning combination of ‘Therapeutic Yoga’ and Physiotherapy has targeted benefits that help in disease resolution, as well as complement the medicines in the course of treatment. Dr. K. M. Saifullah understood this and incorporated these physical therapies within his treatment protocol.

‘Therapeutic Yoga’ professes that Asanas, Pranayamas & Mudras should not be performed arbitrarily. This could have the opposite effect on one’s health. ‘Therapeutic Yoga’ divides the Asanas, Pranayamas & Mudras into 7 groups that aim at particular segments of our physiology and psychology to heal, strengthen and vitalize them.

On the other hand, physiotherapy works exceedingly well in pain-related issues in both their management and recovery stages.

The state-of-the-art German imported physiotherapy equipment resolves pain swiftly and facilitates the rejuvenation of affected areas.
