"We tried filing an FIR with the police, but they refused to do so. The issue is grave. We will not allow any foreigner to convert Hindus in this land. We are going to meet the district collector today," said Atar Singh Tomar, Faridabad district co-ordinator of Bajrang Dal.
At around seven in the evening, when the rescued kids made their way out with their parents and the trust caretaker BK Mishra, the latter's Maruti Omni car was surrounded by Bajrang Dal activists. They dragged Mishra out to beat him black and blue. The car windows were smashed before the police intervened.u00a0
Other Right wingers aren't behind. "This case is not the first of its kind. We will make sure those foreigners are not allowed to enter the country again. We will also force the local police to investigate the matter and stop more kids from falling prey," said Vinod Bansal, media co-ordinator, Vishwa Hindu Parishad.
