The 'Join SB Team' icon on the portal reads, "We need your help as well. We are looking for volunteers who can translate the Savita Bhabhi comic. We have a selection of languages for you to choose from."

Fluent in English

The openings are for people fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and Desi. The additional criteria is that the candidate should be fluent in English and with photo and designing softwares. A comment on the job posting says, "I definitely want to do this translator's job. I know Hindi and I like writing. I sincerely want you to consider me."

So what is it that you get in return for all the voluntary work you do? A post on this by the administrator reads, "All the positions in the Savita Bhabhi team are voluntary and honorary.
