Rishi Sunak warmly greeted PM Modi with a namaste upon his arrival, the latter said in his social media post.

Sunak arrived in India on Friday and held talks with PM Modi after the first session of G20 Summit on Saturday, September 9.

PM Modi took a moment to welcome Rishi Sunak at the venue and the two even posed holding hands.

Modi shared insights on strengthening trade linkages and increasing investment during the meeting with Rishi Sunak. The two leaders affirm India and the UK's commitment to a prosperous and sustainable future.

Rishi Sunak and PM Modi shared a hug after their meeting. The Indian-descent PM of Britain arrived at New Delhi for the summit with his wife Akshata Murthy.
