In a momentous cultural exchange, Padma Bhushan Awardee and Grammy Award winning musician Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt was handed over a painting titled "Devi Saraswati" by internationally renowned artist Prithviraj Choudhury at Novotel Hotel & Residences, Kolkata.

In the same occasion Pandit Prodyut Mukherjee, who happens to be a Grammy Jury member , GiMA Award winner and Global ambassador of Indian Music also received a painting on "Radha Krishna" by the artist.

Artist Prithviraj Choudhury, known for his captivating paintings on Indian Mythology inspired by Kalighat painting of Bengal, expressed his honour in presenting the artwork to Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt. "This is my privilege to hand over my Art on Devi Saraswati to Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt ji, who is not only a true icon but also the inventor of Mohan Veena," says Artist Prithviraj.
Both the paintings are a testament to Artist Prithviraj Choudhury's mastery over Indian Mythology-inspired art. Choudhury's work is deeply influenced by the traditional Kalighat painting style of Bengal, which he is working tirelessly to promote as a global heritage property.
