Kiara and Sidharth married in a traditional Hindu ceremony in the presence of family members and friends at Jaisalmer's Suryagarh Palace. The couple dated for a few years before taking the next step in their relationship.

In an interview with Femina, the actress reaveled the reason behind keeping her and Sidharth's relationship a secret. Kiara said, "Before we were married, it was an issue because we wanted to protect our relationship. We are both self-made actors and have earned our spaces in the industry on our own. It’s something that we’ve put so much hard work into that we would not want it to be taken away by having the focus shift to our personal lives."

Talking about the intimate wedding, the actress said, "It was a beautiful union, and, of course, we wanted to share it with everybody." She continued, "We are public figures, and a certain inquisitiveness comes with it – which is fine. It’s even sweet. But it cannot take away from our work. We are actors first and that’s what we want to be known for."

Kiara and Sidharth got married on February 7. Sharing pictures with fans, they wrote, "“Ab humari permanent booking hogayi hai” We seek your blessings and love on our journey ahead."

Workwise, Kiara was last seen in Satyaprem Ki Katha. The actress will share the screen space with Ram Charan in the pan-India film, Game Changer. She is reportedly the lead with Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR in War 2. As per reports, Kiara will be joining Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Baiju Bawra. The film's cast is yet to be officially announced.

Sidharth will be next seen in Yodha with Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna. He will make his web series debut with Rohit Shetty's Indian Police Force in January 2024.
