SAG Awards 2024: Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, and Emily Blunt from 'The Devil Wears Prada' reunited at the 2024 Screen Actors Guild Awards. They presented the award for best actor in a comedy series, with a playful reference to their roles as assistants in the film. Streep pretended to forget her glasses and the winner's envelope, and Hathaway and Blunt appeared to give them to her.

During the reunion, they reminisced about their time on 'The Devil Wears Prada.' Blunt expressed gratitude to Hathaway for being a supportive co-star. They also playfully quoted lines from the movie on stage. “Meryl and Miranda Priestly are sort of like twins,” Blunt started. After Meryl disagreed, “No no. That wasn’t a question.” Anne Hathaway playfully referred to one of Miranda Priestly's famously icy lines from the film.

Blunt also joined in the fun by quoting one of Miranda's iconic lines, telling Streep, "By all means, move at a glacial pace."

Netizens couldn't help but join in on the fun. 'X' was filled with reactions from the iconic SAG Awards 2024 moment, take a look:

While this was the first major public reunion for the trio, Hathaway and Blunt had a 'Devil Wears Prada' reunion last year for Variety's "Actors on Actors" series. They shared their positive experiences making the film and how it impacted their lives.

Regarding a potential sequel, Hathaway mentioned in 2022 that it would be tempting but challenging due to changes in the media since the original film's release in 2006. She suggested the idea of a reboot with new actors.

Meanwhile, 'The Devil Wears Prada' is being adapted into a musical, with Vanessa Williams taking on the role of Miranda Priestly in the London West End production. The musical will feature an original score by Elton John, direction and choreography by Jerry Mitchell, lyrics by Shaina Taub, and a book by Kate Wetherhead.
