Faith, hard work and good intentions are always fruitful and lead to good karma and humanity. This is the belief that Being Sevak Charitable Trust trustee Priyank Shah has always lived by and practiced. Priyank has started working for the visually impaired at teenage, he has learnt many things from his mother social worker who has worked many years for visually impaired members in society.


Being Sevak Charitable Trust represents the organisation working since 2015 as a servant of society. A Non-Government Organisation work for the upliftment of different low-income groups of visually impaired persons, underprivileged children, youths, senior citizens needy of the society in India who dwell out of ashram and face crisis to meet their basic needs of life. Being Sevak aim to make India a developed nation from a developing country, & wants to improve basic lifestyle of visually impaired & needy with the objective he and his NGO selflessly fight for a common cause to end poverty and sufferings of the visually impaired persons, needy in India.


Recently Mr. Priyank Shah trustee of Being Sevak Charitable Trust awarded by 'Paryavaran Mitra Samman' by the hands of Maharashtra Governor Mr. Bhagat Singh Koshyari along with 29 awardees at a programme organised on the occasion of the National Forest Martyrs' Day at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Saturday 11September in recognition of his work for the noble cause towards the society and environment.


Mr. Priyank Shah is humbled to receive this honour. While he doesn't expect any recognition, he says that it feels great to be honoured with a prestigious award with hands of Governor. He also said that everyone should contribute towards society to bring the changes they want to see in society because real happiness come to us while serving others. We are honoured & humbled to receive this prestigious awards especially in these uncertain times. The pandemic has made us confront this most implacable of truths health is the foundation of all the human life. 

Nutrition is also a priority to everyone. We ensure that no human being under their tutelage goes hungry. Our NGO during entire pandemic tried to help different sectors of society through different drive Mission Annapurna Drive for Visually Impaired Members & Needy, Foodgrain is arranged for them, which are nutritious and healthy and facilitate their healthy growth. 

Recently Being Sevak successfully distributed food kit, medical kits, hygiene kit, Joy Of Learning Kit & and many others facility to over thousands of people affected by the pandemic Through Mission Vidhya Drive for Underprivileged children and visually impaired Children Our Mission Arogya give relief to Dialysis Patients and Needy Members, Mission Aadhar helps for Needy Old Age & Homeless people.

Being inspired by Swami Vivekananda’s work, Priyank has own innumerable accolades for his charitable work and as a humble human being he credits it to the volunteers and supporters who work with him for the same cause. Priyank started his NGO with just 5 volunteers which has now grown to 200 plus volunteers, who tirelessly work for the cause. For last 7 years, he has been selflessly working for the visually impaired persons, slum children and the poor, thereby leading by an example to the future generation of this country.
