Blog biggies and aspirants are readying themselves for the real-time New Media and Blog Camp in the city tomorrow
Making it big in Blogosphere ain't that tough, or so say those who've been there, done that, and made mighty moolah off it. Here's your chance to grill them. Delhi-based Indian Blog and New Media Society (IBNMS) has decided to decode the art of effective web-logging through the New Media and Blog Camp to be organised in the Capital tomorrow. All are invited, and it's free of cost.

"Beginners and amateurs won't feel out of placeu00a0there's everything from hand-held guidance to sponsors, and it will cater to all kinds of blog-related aspects," said Ajay Jain, the founder of IBNMS and an avid author-blogger.
The event is aimed at being an "unconference," a complete antithesis of a well-organised symposium. This structure is based on the chaos theory of creativity, or the fact that the best works often originate amid absolute mayhem.
All activities are interactive, and include discussions, brainstorming, sponsor-scouting, skill-imparting and presentations by renowned photoblogger Munish Khanna and Preeti Chaturvedi, author of the bestselling title, Corporate Blogging in India. Brand strategists will also explore the scope of using new media for maximising visibility and monetary benefit. Apart from business and professional blogs, the nuances of personal blogging will also be explored. Anyone can register on-spot and speak on a topic of common interest.
Delhi's blog-lovers hope this offline endeavour will bring their blogs on line. "Thank god, blogging has become a serious subject in the city, and it's always nice to meet co-Netizens in real-time to exchange ideas and strike associations," said Anirudh Choudhury, a scriptwriter by day and diehard blogger by night. Three hundred people have already enrolled for the second such affair in Delhi after its first edition last year, and the next chapter will be held in Bangalore on March 17.
