In 2018, when the crime show went off air, fans complained and requested to bring ACP Pradhyuman (Shivaji Sattam), Daya (Dayanand Shetty) and Abhijeet (Aditya Srivastava) back on the small screen. Six years later, the makers heeded fans’ demands. Arvind Kejriwal, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief, announced the launch of the ‘Pujari Granthi Samman Yojana’ on 30th December. This new scheme will provide a monthly honorarium of approximately Rs 18,000 to the priests (Pujaris) of temples and the granthis of Gurudwaras. The announcement comes ahead of Delhi's upcoming Assembly elections, scheduled for early 2025. The scheme's registration will begin the following day, and Kejriwal will personally visit Hanuman Temple in Connaught Place to kick off the registration process. On December 15, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis attended the swearing-in ceremony for the expansion of the Maharashtra Cabinet. A decades-old temple has been reopened in tense Sambhal, found during anti-encroachment drive. The district administration on Saturday morning carried out an anti-encroachment drive in the Shahi Jama Masjid area.
