Massive fire breaks out at the Hotel Fairmont building near Mumbai Airport
In a shocking incident, a fire break out was reported at a hotel near Mumbai international airport in Andheri area of the city. According to the Mumbai civic body officials, the blaze was reported at Hotel Fairmont building, located near the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport’s Terminal 2 in Andheri (East) area of Mumbai. The information regarding the fire was received at around 5:29 pm on Saturday. Following the information regarding the fire at the hotel, the civic officials including the officials from Mumbai Fire Brigade rushed to the spot and launched a fire-fighting operation, the officials said. The fire was confined within the building premises, the officials said, adding that no injuries has been so far reported in the incident.

'Disco King' Bappi Lahiri Cremated In Mumbai Amid Family And Friends
Legendary singer-composer Bappi Lahiri was cremated today at Vile Parle crematorium, in Mumbai, after he breathed his last on Tuesday night (February 15) at Mumbai's hospital. Vidya Balan, Mika Singh, MLA Ameet Satam, and other personalities were present at the cremation. The pioneer of disco music in Bollywood passed away at the age of 69. The singer was admitted to Criticare Hospital in Mumbai’s Juhu area. The cause of the singer's death was said to be OSA (obstructive sleep apnea).

Mumbai: 3 dead in well collapse during Puja in Vile Parle
Three people died and five injured after a group of women fell into a well in Vile Parle. The iron grill covering the well on which the group was sitting and performing the puja rituals gave way and fifteen of them fell into the well. While 11 were rescued, 3 died.
