During the organizational transformation, Priyanka faced significant resistance to adopting modern approaches, particularly cloud-first strategies and agile methodologies, especially from veteran IT staff. To address these challenges, she implemented the ADKAR change management model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement) and developed role-specific training programs that integrated both technical and soft skills.
