Anna Hazare's followers want to watch 'Satyagraha' before its release

Prakash Jha is known for his films that focus on socio-politico issues. No wonder Anna Hazare and his anti-corruption drive grabbed the filmmaker's attention

So much so that a prominent character in his next is based on the social activist. Incidentally, a group of Hazare’s loyal followers are raring to catch a glimpse of the film before it hits the marquee.

Although the character played by Amitabh Bachchan is apparently modeled on Hazare, Jha has consistently denied it. However, Anna’s team members believe otherwise.

“In fact, members of Anna’s team even went to the extent of saying that the group expects Prakashji to be present at the screening,” adds a source. Jha remained unavailable for comment.u00a0
