"Amir and Sarfaraz lured Khan to the isolated site by convincing him that they would share the exam papers with him.
They knew Mukeem's father was rich, and that he would not come to the spot, if they ask him to do so without a convincing reason.
It worked and they hammered him to death, hid his body and then asked for ransom," said Inspector B Mukhedkar of the Khar police station. Mukeem was killed on February 13.
