Nakabandis in several areas to begin today in the Mira-Bhayandar-Vasai- Virar area to curb crime and assist citizens in peril, say police

- Starting today, you will have to pass through surprise nakabandi in the MBVV region
- MBVV Police Commissioner has decided to deploy all new constables on roads for nakabandi
- The cops have decided on 7 to 8 spots within each police station’s jurisdiction
Starting today, you will have to pass through surprise nakabandi in the Mira-Bhayandar-Vasai-Virar (MBVV) region as around 1,100 newly-inducted constables will be deployed on the roads to conduct checks. Last year, the constables were recruited in the MBVV police, and on February 17-18, they completed their training and were inducted into the force.
