PM Modi underlines India's concerns over safety of Hindus in Bangladesh
PM Modi is currently in Thailand. He met Bangladesh Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus in Thailand. Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri revealed, "PM Modi reiterated India's support for democratic, stable, peaceful, progressive and inclusive Bangladesh. He underlined Prof. Yunus India's desire to forge a positive and constructive relationship with Bangladesh. The PM also urged that any rhetoric that vitiates the environment is best avoided. On the border strict enforcement of the law and prevention of illegal border crossing are necessary to maintain border security and security. The PM also underlines India's concerns over the safety and security of minorities, including Hindus in Bangladesh."

Women’s Day 2025: PM Modi felicitated at the Lakhpati Didi program in Navsari
On the occasion of Women’s Day 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at the Lakhpati Didi program at Vansi-Borsi in Navsari, Gujarat where he will address more than 1 lakh women during the event. He was felicitated at the program that celebrated women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) who earn over ₹1 lakh annually through agriculture, animal husbandry, or small businesses. Over ₹450 crore will be disbursed to support 2.5 lakh women from 25,000 SHGs.

PM Modi opens Vantara Animal Rescue Center in Jamnagar
Prime Minister Narendra Modi opened the Vantara animal rescue and rehabilitation center in Jamnagar, Gujarat, on Sunday during his visit to the state. PM Modi Encourages Public Figures to Join Campaign Against Obesity
In the 119th episode of Mann Ki Baat, PM Modi, along with athletes Neeraj Chopra and Nikhat Zareen, talked about the growing problem of obesity. He stressed the importance of reducing obesity and suggested cutting down on cooking oil in daily meals. PM Modi also nominated several influential people, including J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, Anand Mahindra, and Sudha Murty, to join the campaign against obesity. The Prime Minister encouraged these individuals to inspire 10 others each to support the cause. Omar Abdullah joined the campaign and nominated 10 more public figures, such as Deepika Padukone, Irfan Pathan, and Supriya Sule. The initiative aims to fight obesity and reduce cooking oil consumption in everyday life.
