Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in Sri Lanka currently to strengthen bilateral relations. Upon his arrival at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo, he was accorded a grand ceremonial welcome. He was felicitated at the program that celebrated women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) who earn over ₹1 lakh annually through agriculture, animal husbandry, or small businesses.
